Do you deliver or allow for pick up?

Yes to both. Pick ups do not cost extra. However, if you want your cake delivered it will cost $30 for the Canberra Region. Please note that certain cakes, like those requiring on site assembly, cannot be picked up and must be delivered.

What factors influence the cost of the cake?

The final price of the cake is determined by the amount of detail, number of hours that will go into creating the cake, the cake flavour and filling and the shape of the cake.

How much notice do you need?

Anywhere from 2-3 weeks is needed. For wedding cakes, I would recommend approximately 2 months notice.

I'm happy to try and accommodate last minute orders, but please book your date early to avoid disappointment.

What designs can I have?

I design custom cakes/cupcakes for my customers. So please don't feel like you are limited by what you see on my website or on my facebook page. I can create a design to suit your occassion and in line with your budget.

If you already have a design in mind, I'm happy to quote on that. If you want something designed exclusively, I'll usually work out all the details of the occasion/event and then offer some design ideas and rough pricing. Once you decide that you like the cake ideas, I will prepare the final price for you.

How big are your serving portions?

Coffee serves are 1" x 1"

Dessert serves are 1" x 2"

What's your payment policy?

A 30 percent non-refundable deposit at the time of ordering your cake is required. The balance is to be paid no later than 1 week prior to the date of delivery. If the cake is booked within 1 week of delivery full payment is required at the time of booking. You will be provided with our cancellation conditions at the time your order is made.

The preferred payment method is direct deposit into my bank account. You will be supplied with the details at the time of booking.
